Delhi Police Crime Branch busts major international gang, 52 arrested in Mobile tower equipment theft case

Delhi Police’s Crime Branch has uncovered an international gang involved in stealing Remote Radio Units (RRUs) from mobile towers and smuggling them to Hong Kong and other countries. So far, 52 individuals have been arrested. The gang is reported to have smuggled over 5,000 units, valued at more than Rs 100 crore, with links to at least 250 theft cases.

The gang allegedly trafficked thousands of RRU units overseas, generating significant profit.

Extensive investigation unfolds

Delhi Police has linked the gang to over 250 cases across regions, revealing a large-scale operation.
